Hey Moorpark! Hope you all had an amazing weekend. I took full advantage of the sunshine and enjoyed a whole lot of well-earned relaxation (the best kind of nothing). No major headlines this week, but plenty of little things worth talking about. Here’s what’s on deck:

  • New Brews at Enegren

  • Ventura County Feb. Bucket List

  • Local Networking Opportunities

  • Volleyball Season Opener Results

Thanks for being here, let’s jump in!

New Brews at Enegrens

Enegren fans, the tap list just got even better! Three fresh brews have hit the board, including two brand-new releases.

First up, Type One American Stout is now pouring on nitro! Originally planned as a chocolate stout, the brew crew decided it was already perfect as-is—so what you get is a rich, bold, 7.7% American Stout with no chocolate, just pure, smooth deliciousness. Big shoutout to Will, the newest member of the brew crew, for crafting this one!

Also making a return: the always-popular Dunkel is back, both on tap and in cans, so stock up while you can. And if you missed it last Friday, the Cascade Helles Bock is now available too.

Stop by and grab a pint (or two), because these brews won’t last forever! 🍻

Ventura County Feb. Bucket List

While scrolling through Instagram, I came across a February Ventura County bucket list that I knew I had to share. While most of the events focus on the areas surrounding Moorpark, there are plenty of great things happening right in our backyard too!

If you’re looking for fun ways to spend the month, this list is packed with events and activities happening all over the county. Check it out and big shoutout to @venturacomomcollective for putting it together!

Networking season is in full swing!

First up, today the Chamber Mixer kicks off at 5:00 PM at Country Harvest—come for the connections, stay for the good vibes!

More events to add to your calendar:

📌 Feb 13 – Young Professionals Lunch at California Bun (because business + burgers = success)

📌 Feb 21 – Networking Breakfast at Ninety-Five @ Lucky Fools Pub—start your day with coffee and conversations!

📌 Feb 25 – Momentum & Impact Dinner at M on High—a great way to wrap up the month in style.

Don’t miss out on these chances to meet awesome people and grow your network.

Season Opener…check!

Moorpark Men’s Volleyball came out swinging in their 2025 season opener, sweeping Santiago Canyon in straight sets (25-17, 25-16, 25-9). Talk about setting the tone!

Jacob Knudsen led the charge with 9 kills, Tyler Linville added 8, and Ryan Ferguson dished out 24 assists to keep the Raiders rolling.

Next up, the squad heads to Golden West on Wednesday (2/5) at 5 PM before returning home for their home opener against Irvine Valley on Friday (2/7) at 5 PM.

Show up, get loud, and let’s keep the momentum going!
